Focus on Building Fundamental Habits for a Wellness Lifestyle

Motivated by our extensive experience treating COVID-19 health crisis situations, CC TeleHealth is pleased to announce our first educational course offering, designed to help you regain control of your own health. As the old adage says, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”.  This course is a combination of excellent well-researched knowledge with a support community to increase the likelihood that new habits form and lifestyle change is achieved. Follow-on support will also be available.

In this 6-week course you will learn the fundamentals of nutrition and how to create a healthy nutritional and lifestyle plan for yourself. The Goal: To help you reduce the risk of dis-ease, achieve and maintain a healthy weight and support your overall health and wellbeing.  

Eating is not merely a material pleasure: nourishing our bodies, along with a healthy lifestyle, enable us to feel more joy in life. Healthy eating and mindful living supports a healthy immune system, minimizing health challenges.

Our bodies do require food for fuel. The saying “garbage in-garbage out” is especially appropriate when it comes to our bodies. And with our bodies, that “garbage out” is usually in the form of low energy, brain fog, and dis-ease.  

Learning how to eat for health and energy is not complicated, but it does take focus and effort. The course will also touch on fasting and detoxing and how these can be done safely to support overall health. Understanding basic principles leads to being able to implement new daily habits that will result in changes you will notice – some immediately, and some over days and weeks, as you consistently implement them.  

The course will include self evaluations so you can take a good look at what you are doing well and what you need to tweak to be the healthiest version of you! Suggested areas of focus each week will help you gradually develop healthier habits as you embark on your lifelong journey to better health.  Each class will end with an open Q&A so you will have a chance to have your individual questions answered.

Certified Nutritionist, Instructor, Speaker

Joanne Mulhall has been a Holistic Health Practitioner for over 25 years. She specializes in therapeutic nutrition and detoxification protocols, eye and hair analysis, and is a level two Reiki practitioner. Joanne is passionate about educating everyone who wants to learn, empowering them to take charge of their own health in order to minimize disease and illness and maintain a high quality of health as they age.

She provides one-on-one consultations and has conducted seminars and workshops on dozens of topics to empower people to live into their best lives. Joanne lives in BC where she has taught with the Institute for Holistic Nutrition in Vancouver and currently teaches with Canfitpro.

Joanne is one of CC TeleHealth’s practitioners and she looks forward to sharing her knowledge to inspire and empower you to embark on a journey to become the healthiest version of yourself.



Wendi Roscoe BSc, MSc, BEd, PhD, RHN

Registered Holistic Nutritionist and PhD in Human Physiology

Wendi Roscoe is a Biology and Physiology Professor at Fanshawe College, author of the textbook Human Biology, Anatomy and Physiology for the Health Sciences, and a Holistic Nutritionist.

For the last 20 years, Wendi has been helping students and clients understand how the body functions and how we can optimize our health and nutrition in areas including: inflammation, microbiome, intermittent fasting, exercise, weight loss, stress, mood, energy, and autoimmune conditions.
