Canadian COVID TeleHealth

Welcome to Canadian COVID TeleHealth.

We are a private COVID-19 (only) telehealth service, operate on a fee for service basis and are open to “members only”. The good news is that any Canadian who is willing to accept our reasonable membership responsibilities and commitments can become a member and receive the essential COVID-19 treatments they want or need. Additionally, member users of this service must accept ALL our terms and conditions of service. If you do not accept ALL our terms and conditions, you cannot proceed to enter our system or receive our service; instead, we direct you to our public health care system for all your healthcare needs.

If you are having a medical emergency, including difficulty breathing, please DO NOT PROCEED WITH US but instead call 911 or go immediately to your nearest hospital emergency department. Our clinic works on the basis of scheduled appointments, and is NOT an emergency health service. We also reserve the right to decline to treat individuals with complicated medical conditions; this is an outpatient TeleHealth clinic without access to hospital diagnostic equipment and testing services. 

Presently, we offer the following services in all provinces except NL and PE:
1) Preventative Consultation (prophylaxis and/or “have on hand”) – $149
2) Early COVID-19 Treatment (less than 5 days since disease onset) – $299
3) Complex COVID-19 Treatment – your COVID-19 infection is advanced beyond 5 days – $399

Presently, we do not offer treatment for vaccine injury or long covid. We do not provide medical exemptions, nor do we provide general medical services. The prescribing and dispensing of ivermectin as a safe, effective treatment medication for COVID-19 is presently banned in Alberta and BC by their respective professional colleges. 

Once you register for our service, your name and contact information will be added to our invitation list. We usually respond within 4 business days with a link to register for our service and complete your medical intake form. Depending upon practitioner availability and demand, your appointment could typically be anywhere from 1 day – 2 weeks (we do prioritise patients who are sick now but cannot guarantee prompt response times). Again, if you are having a medical emergency, including difficulty breathing, please DO NOT PROCEED WITH US but instead call 911 or go immediately to your nearest hospital emergency department. Medications will be supplied by one of our trusted pharmacies who will deliver by courier to your home; these costs are over and above our clinic consultation fees noted above.

The global health crisis has created a very unique stress inducing environment, especially if you have lost faith in the authorities that are supposed to be protecting you.  At CC TeleHealth, we understand and are especially equipped to help people cope more effectively.

Individual Counselling
Through counselling, the process is focused on short-term goal attainment, and clients can identify, explore and obtain the tools required to optimize mental, emotional and behavioral well-being and improve functioning.

Group Peer Support
Through group support and discussion, the process is focused on identifying and understanding the current environment, and identifying, exploring and obtaining the tools required to improve mental, emotional and behavioral well-being and optimize functioning.

COVID-19 Available Health Services

Enclosed are your options for treating a COVID-19 infection. There are many things you can do on your own to reduce risk. The home treatment instructions will also help you protect yourself. 
The best protection involves access to medications that can be used both for prevention and treatment. Support through medications requires an appointment with a Health Care Practitioner (HCP). Treatment options are listed below.  Please note:  A $100 deposit is required to schedule your first appointment.
